Eagle Crest Vineyards was originally founded as O-Neh-Da Vineyard
in 1872 by Bishop Bernard McQuaid. Its mission was to produce 100%
pure grape wine for sacramental use.
Today, O-Neh-Da Vineyard remains the oldest operating winery in the
New World, dedicated to making valid and licit sacramental wine for all faiths.
Eagle Crest Vineyards was created to sustain operations of O-Neh-Da.
The cost of premium sacramental wine production is offset by the direct
sale of artisan-crafted Finger Lakes Table Wine throughout New York State and beyond.
Made exclusively from Finger Lakes-grown grapes, Eagle Crest wines are pure grape wines priced for daily enjoyment.
Rooted in over 135 years of wine-making experience on Hemlock Lake,
Eagle Crest Vineyards produces balanced, natural wine to
compliment daily life.
